This book is 98pgs long. I really enjoyed this book. The sex scenes were well written and I enjoyed the fact it didn't occur in the first chapter lol. I highly suggest the book if you're looking for a steamy short story.

4.5 stars Well written, sexy and full of heat. Just what I've come to expect from reading all of Whitney G's book. Paris felt she needed to make a few changes because she was disappointed with her boyfriend and didn't like the direction her life was taking. On the day of her big decision, she met Blake and because of circumstance beyond her control, they ended up spending time together to get to know each other. I fell deeply in love with these two. This was a short and steamy little novella. The story flowed smoothly and I fell in love with all the characters. Even though there wasn't much details about Blake (and I was curious to know more about him,) I felt like I knew him well enough. Being curious also made me eager to see where their story would take them. It was great that is why I would recommend this book to my friends.

Loved the story line...but the ending was way too rushed. Still good though!

My Last Resolution was a good novella.  I really enjoy Whitney Gracia Williams writing, this heroine was just as witty as her others are.

Awesome and lovable characters. The story was evenly paced romantic and steamy. I could feel the connection and the chemistry between Paris and Blake from the moment they met. I couldn't put this one down. A must have. Worth every penny. I'm a hugh Whitney G. Fan. I can't wait for the next book. I'll definitely be looking out for that great job.

Cute short story. I actually laughed out loud a few times which never happens. Would enjoy reading more of this couple in a full length book. Theres so many (funny!!) situations that could come up!

I love anything Whitney and this book did not disappoint. This was a wonderful novella and I absolutely loved Blake and Paris. Ugh, why can't I find a hot guy on an airplane? Perfect mix of humor, love story, and hotness ;) Love, love, loved this book.

Five Star Resolution If I found a guy like Blake that would be my last resolution too, this is a wonderful novella, Blake and Paris make a wonderful couple matching each other perfectly. Paris is just walking out of a relationship and doing something that at one time or another we have always wanted to do just get on a plane and go somewhere, and while I like her character the one I loved was Blake, he was just so honest. No filter on him but at least you knew where you stood, Blake is just what I would like my perfect man to be like, though it could get annoying after a while I loved the freshness of him. The situations were very believable and the writing wonderful, you are swept into the world of Blake and Paris and kept there until you finish the story. The one complaint I have is that I wanted the story to go on, because I was enjoying it so much.  I received a free copy for an honest review

This was a fun quick read that left me wanting more. There is something about Whitney G's writing that's just captivating and addicting. Paris has been dating her boyfriend for a number of years when she realizes that she isn't getting anything from the relationship anymore. She has helped put him through law school when she worked 2 jobs and while he is ready for the next step, she just wants out. Paris ends up sitting on the plane next to Mr. Hot and Sexy himself - Blake. And when there is a layover in Washington, the weather turns for the worse and she is stuck. Paris has a list of 11 things she would like to accomplish and throwing caution to the wind is talked into staying with Blake during her layover. And what ensues is the best kind of steamy push and pull and battle between what is the right thing to do vs. what Paris wants. Yes this is a novella so short but the story was there and the pacing didn't feel rushed at all. And while I was satisfied with the progression and how the story played out, I couldn't help but want more in the end. Yes, it is left to the reader to imagine what happens next but Whitney's writing is so magical that I wanted to read her words and for her to tell me what happens next. Hopefully this isn't the last time we will see these characters. I love sassy and fun and this gave me all of that and more!

In keeping with other reads by this author - really enjoyed - too short (I guess that why she called it a novella?)

That was a wonderful short story! I'm a little dissappointed because I'm greedy like that...I so wanted more of Paris & Blake. But thats the point in a novella short and sweet. I have read both of your Mid-Life books and have enjoyed them so, that I read them twice? Keep up the good work. You write, I'm reading?
