According to one academic reviewer, "The Leadership Advantage: Do More. Lead More. Earn More. serves as an evaluative guidepost for aspiring and seasoned professionals seeking to increase their engagement and effectiveness as leaders." In the small but persuasive book, Earl Cobb walks with the reader through a succinct, experience-based and thought-provoking exploration of a new perspective on the power of leadership and ten leadership traits he calls, The Ten Absolute Attributes of Leadership. The book is highly acclaimed as both a primer for those starting their leadership career and a handbook for astute leaders who need a periodic review of the most significant attributes vital to leading organizations, teams and "themselves" in the 21st century. As Cobb puts it, "With your leadership skills, you have a distinct advantage over your peers. You not only can do more and lead more, but you are also in the position to earn more of what the world has to offer in both your professional and personal life. You must first learn how to maximize your Leadership Advantage."

Earl Cobb's, The Leadership Advantage,Do More. Lead More. Earn More. is brilliant! By combining his experience-based leadership with his coaching style, Earl Cobb teaches us how to Do More- Lead More- Earn More. In his newest book, The Leadership Advantage, Earl provides us with a plan to increase our innate leadership traits ad to gain and strategically leverage, what he shows us to “The Ten Absolute Attributes.” He distinguishes the innate, traditional traits - such as honesty, decisiveness and reliability - from the Absolute Attributes - which include unselfishness, clarity and persistence. He explores each of The Ten Absolute Attributes within the context of actionable, results-focused behaviors. For example, the Absolute Attribute-unselfishness- is taught in the context of the importance of compromise. The Leadership Advantage, Do More-Lead More-Earn More, offers practical examples and excellence guidance to those of us who want to maximize our leadership advantage.

Very Well Written and Insightful. I received my copy of the book this week. It was referred to me by a friend. Mr. Cobb has done an outstanding job of providing a new perspective on leadership. I can easily relate to the Ten Absolute Attributes and how I can do more and earn more. I would recommend this book to anyone who is a leadership position...whether at work or at home. Excellent book.
