One of the greatest challenges for leaders of today is learning how to engage, motivate and retain their employees, or essentially, become an effective leader.
The Leadership Journey contains 15 easy to read lessons that will help readers to understand what employees want in a leader and, what qualities a leader needs to demonstrate to be able to effectively engage, motivate and retain their employees.
After running hundreds of management and leadership courses across Australia it has shown Kathy that there are always areas that leaders can improve on, regardless of whether they have been in the job for one month or 30 years. Leadership is about continually re-evaluating yourself and your performance as a leader, and making improvements where needed.
The Leadership Journey takes 15 lessons learnt through travel and applies them to leadership in a fun and easy to follow manner, aiming to create better prepared leaders who can tackle this challenge head on.
The Leadership Journey will also ignite the travel bug in you and for those who travel often; the stories will bring back funny and happy travel memories of your own.
