This book is for anyone who needs guidance about how to set goals, needs some motivation or encouragement, or some tips on how to cope and fit their goals into their busy lives. Here I share the S.M.A.R.T method of setting goals, practical advice and throw in some of my personal experience. I wrote this book during a time where I was at a low all the way through getting to a place where I am really going for it. It's my goal to help others going through the same or similar situations.

I am on a journey to become the best version of myself that I can be. I like to encourage others to do the same, not to become someone else because they feel that who they are isn’t enough, but to explore who they are and all they can be and to realise that they are more than enough, yet constantly growing and becoming better and better if that is what they choose.
I enjoy reading, watching series and movies, spending time with family and friends, good wine, coffee, sushi and Italian food. I love music, both playing instruments and listening to it and I am fascinated by health and fitness.
