Enjoyed the free but very short 37 pages of the over 90 pages in this book and would have bought the next in line but ended up cranky that so much was NOT the story and now won't buy the next because I will be afraid of the same. Just paid for another author's book after liking the free first one but only 200 of the 300 pages were the story and the rest was like this one--previews.

This 130 page novel was advertised as a Christmas book. The only one of the four short stories which even mentioned Christmas was the first one. It was about ten pages long. This book was about a new PI named Lola and looked very promising, but alas, it was just a prequel and did not have much going for it. Not even a conclusion. The next three prequels were much the same, but without any mention of Christmas at all. Nothing like an author blowing his/ her own horn and not finishing the tune is there? These advertisements do not entice me to buy the books, they just tick me off big time. If the first book is a cheapie, I might buy it, if not, I won' t lose any sleep over it. My recomendation, skip this so called Christmas story. That way you will be not as disappointed as I am. Needed some editing and a translater for non spainish speakers. AD
