I received an Advance Uncorrected Proof copy of this book through Goodreads Giveaways. This is going to be a very nice cookbook when you see it in the store. My copy has a few colored photos and they are so nice! The hardcover book will have all colored photos, not black and white. And there are photos for all the recipes. I really like the setup in the cookbook. It starts out with How to cook with what you have on hand, and then goes into What to have on hand at all (or most) times. Then it goes into chapters on fruits and vegetables, with recipes for those particular fruits and vegetables. It is a very lovely book and I will be making use of it.
