Gr 8 Up The subtitle really says it all. In a down-to-earth, encouraging style, the author, a former model who has an image consulting and modeling business, advises teenage girls on discovering ``inner beauty''; developing a workable individualistic wardrobe; dieting and exercise; grooming skin, hair and nails; and improving posture and movement. The black-and-white line drawings add to the book's pleasant format, and the illustrations of various exercises are clear and easy to follow.
