following thru on his fine 'making of the pope's 1978', fr. andy has updated his sources and demonstrated why he is the finest writer on things catholic today. with less sociology and more human insight, he clearly demonstrates why we never get the same pope twice. insightful and a moving read. papa ratzinger will reign briefly (compared to joannes paulus magnus), it is the NEXT pope who will deal with the clergy crisis.
