Grace J Habib is a writer on spiritual and health subjects, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and an Associate of Science Degree. She has worked for many years as a nurse in the health care field but has now retired and moved from the city to live a more peaceful life in the country, surrounded by hills, trees and animals. As a non-fiction writer, living in the country and seated among the trees encourages introspection, and greater concentration, which aids in promoting and expressing her thoughts and ideas. As a daydreamer, who in the mind's eye may find herself doing something else or being somewhere else at any given moment in time; writing about what has actually transpired in her life both past and present, is a great assist in keeping her more grounded in the physical realm, and paying attention to the actual here and now.
