Jean Oram did not write a cliffhanger. Ii found the part dealing with Moe's inheritance to be interesting. That romance was beyond silly. The premise is that Amy and Moe were good friends and they pledged to marry if they were still ingle when Amy turned 30. At that point the story went into LaLaLand' If you have nothibg to do, this was free!!!!

50 pages in and that's enough. Life's too short!! Ridiculous!

I really enjoyed this book. It was fun watching Moe and Amy figures it that they’re perfect for each other. They are best friends who get married and finally realize that they were meant to be together.I was given an arc for an honest review.

This was such a fun story of best friends that marry so that they can have children before the biological clock runs out. Moe and Amy are best friends and have been for 10 years. They both work at a pub in town as bartenders. When Amy has a bad break up rather than getting engaged, they decide to get married after her 30th birthday if neither have gotten married by then. Thirty comes and goes with both still single. So they get married and plan to get IVF so that they can have children. When they can't afford it, they have to figure out how to balance their growing feelings with the promise they made to always stay "just" friends. Jean did a wonderful job of showing their relationship and how it grew and changed. Definitely recommend. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Amy and Moe make a pledge to marry each other if Amy isn't married by 30. They want a marriage in name only, but in vitro fertility treatments are too expensive, so they decide to get pregnant the old fashioned way and discover a passion and love for each other they never dreamed of. They also have to deal with the stress of someone sabotaging Moe's pub Brew Babies and that they are opposites in he's a planner while she's spontaneous. Plenty of funny and sexy moments in this best friends romantic comedy with a mystery.

I loved Moe and Amy! Oh my gosh, they were perfect together. This is a friends to lovers trope. Actually, it's a friends to lovers to friends to lovers to friends to lovers. Yep, they had given the sex and love route a try or two before, but always went back to being friends. They are best friends and they have a pact that if neither is married by the time Amy turns 30, they will get married. She's 30 and now they are married so that they can have an in vitro pregnancy and start a family...only they didn't realize ho expensive it is to go that route. What now? Back to the basics!!! I really adored this book. There were some other issues thrown to make for more plot and a better story. It all worked really well together. Oram is a great story teller. She also keeps her stories clean and sweet. She may lead you to the bedroom door, but once the characters cross the threshold it closes again. Believe me, she manages it in such a way that it only enhances the relationship of the reader and the characters. This was just a fantastic read!

The Marriage Pledge is a great addition to the Veils and Vows series. I loved how Amy and Moe have a true friendship and fears of losing that friendship when love came along. Relationships are hard this book is all about going beyond yourself to find true happiness.

It seemed weird to start the story at the wedding and move forward from there, but that's how this one worked––fighting admitting they are in love after the wedding. I've not read the rest of this series and didn't feel lost at all. If there were editing errors they went unnoticed because I was enjoying the story! I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

Jean Oram does it again. In this book you will meet "best friends" Moe and Amy. These two did date at one time, they have worked together off and on as well. Amy is adventurous and Moe is not, but they are not totally opposites! When Amy is dumped by her current boyfriend, (she thought she was getting an offer of marriage, not the door) Moe comforts her as a bartender and friend, they make a pact if Amy is still single in 3 years (age 30) they will marry! Well fast forward to the marriage of these two friends and sit back and enjoy them trying to A. make a baby NOT the old fashioned way and B. To deny the attraction they both feel for each other! Moe has his hands full running the bar he 'kinda' inherited but seems that more and more problems are cropping up, and having his "wife" working there as well. You may guess the ending but that is ok, how the ups and downs and even sideways makes getting to the end the fun part of reading this book!!. Sit back and enjoy, I know I did. This was a really good friends to lovers romance and was a good addition to the series. I really liked both Amy and Moe and always thought they would be great together if they could only admit their feelings for each other. This was a good read I enjoyed it and thought they were just great for each other. If like me you enjoyed the previous books you will want to read this one it is really good.

This was a very sweet and heartwarming story. I really love the town of Blueberry Springs. I adored Moe and Amy. I would definitely recommend reading this book.

I loved Amy and Moe and always thought they would make the best couple. This is one of the sweetest romances I have ever read - especially since they "thought" they were only friends. It was pretty obvious to me that they were already in love but just needed to open their eyes. They face some obstacles and eventually handle them quite well - individually and as a couple. This is my favorite in this series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
