I don't really know much about Mediterranean Diet but this book gave me so many new information. This book discussed well what really is a Mediterranean diet - its components, how it works, and its benefits. I never knew it has so many benefits for the body such as fighting cardiovascular disease and diabetes. There's emphasis on the importance of vegetables and also, the role of other factors in losing weight such as exercise. The recipes are easy to follow and very appealing. Great book to read and share!
