Cookbook writers should really include essential information in their forwards. This book is minus some details which would be very important to the reader before buying a book. Especially since the samples of the cookbooks always stop before you can ever read even one recipe. The essentials I am talking about are: what size slow cooker does the book require (this one requires a 5 to 7 qt slowcooker, which I don't happen to have); and whether the book includes nutritional info for each recipe (which this one doesn't). Therefore, although I have purchased the book, it is of little use or interest to me. So I really feel that I have been cheated and tricked.
