Loral is possibly the greatest coach in the personal wealth-building business. A full year of her coaching program will retail for $12000, but she has less than a 1% dropout rate. Her book doesn't attempt to cover every aspect of her wealth-creation program in detail, but she certainly lays out the key elements in a highly readable manner - and it's powerful. She uses one chapter at a time to go through the entire wealth cycle process, using a different story to highlight each of the twelve aspects, how to apply them, and why they're necessary. Actually applying each step can range from the fairly simple - as in determining your financial baseline, to the rather difficult - as in setting up the correct entities with a lawyer. But by introducing people to the questions they need to ask in order to empower their own efforts, she gives them direction as they start out on their own quest to financial freedom. For someone who is serious about becoming wealthy, and willing to answer yes to Loral's '8th question', this is the book that will cut through the fog of confusion and get them on the path to their dream of financial freedom. I've answered yes to Loral's 8th question. Within a year, I believe I will be debt free, and have a passive income in excess of my current income. Within eight years, I will be a millionaire, and will donate more to charity each year than I earned in all of 2005.

Should you buy this book? Let¿s see if you should¿ Have you ever received $1,000 - $10,000 in a lump sum ¿ maybe from an inheritance, a tax refund, or a job bonus? If you have received such a lump sum, is it now all gone with nothing substantial to show for it? If you answered yes, get the book. Is wealth creation and debt reduction something you are interested in? If yes, get the book. Do you wish you were one of those people who could touch something and it turn into gold? If yes, get the book. Would you like to have more life and less work? If yes, get the book. If your financial future is uncertain, does taking control of it appeal to you? If yes, get the book. Do you feel it would be nice to have both active and passive income? If yes, get the book. Are you looking for something better than a shaky stock market to secure your future? If yes, get the book. Would you prefer to have more money rather than less money in your senior years? If yes, get the book. Amassing a million dollars and more is what happens when a person follows certain principles and concepts. Wealthy people have always known and used these principles and concepts. Fortunately, Loral has written them down for you in the book ¿The Millionaire Maker¿. Would you be interested in finding out what these principles are? If yes, get the book. By the way, what you will find on page 62 is worth $1,000,000 all by itself¿

Reading this book will NOT make you a millionaire. There is no magical information in this book to transform your wealth. Here is a summary of the whole book: reduce your debt, save more, and invest wisely. The book will not give you any exact details on how to do that. Reduce my debt!?! no kidding! but where do you propose I get the money to pay the debts? That answer is conveniently not in the book.

After reading the juvenile 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad,' I had to look further and see if people were really falling for these old, old sales pitches. Sure enough, Langemeier is another who has hitched up her wagon with pots, pans and tonic, providing simplistic variations on the get-rich-quick scam. First, of course, buy my book. Take my quiz and then follow my sure-fire steps to wealth and nervana. If that doesn't work, come to my seminars (giggle). If you have two blocks and add two more, you'll have four. By gosh, she's right--it must work! Frankly, there should be a special 'spam' category for books on instant wealth, magic diets and winning at the 21 table.

I find most of the books currently published under the 'wealth building' heading to be trite and repetitious. It seems like authors have gone to great lengths to make me drool yet with hold crucial information to make their ideas work in practice. Loral totally hit the spot with me. I have made some significant and urgently needed changes and additions to my businesses and to my future course of becoming financially independent. This book is clear and concise and showed me how I could leverage the little I had to create wealth. The path she directs takes the question mark out of my future. Will this work? Am I doing this right? Am I missing something? She replaces it with logical stept that anyone knows will work. Thanks Loral!

This is primer and introduction to Loral's system of wealth building methods. Great ideas for anyone looking to take direct control of their financial destiny. Loral fills a great void in our education around the generation of wealth.

As an avid reader and wealth builder, I am thoroughly impressed with this book. I've seen Loral live and in action at events, and I've been impressed every time. She really makes creating wealth and eliminating debt exciting. Anyone can follow this step-by-step plan. I look forward to having every one of my small biz owner clients learn this method!

I would not give this book any stars, but the system makes you. The tables in this book telling you how to allocate your funds are all missing. Plus she doesn't talk to any normal people. Everyone one but the teacher has something like $500,000 in an IRA or 401K that she raids and used to buy real estate to create passive income to save the day. The plan she uses dosn't make sense either. There is no way that you can take money out of your IRA or 401K with out paying a penality that I know of.

The Millionaire Maker is an excellent book full of common sense tips for building wealth. It's also one of the few wealth building books out there with no hype or promise of getting rich quick. Rather, it contains practical, straight-forward advice for every step of the journey. I recommend the book for everyone who prefers to have their money truly working for them (so that they can live entirely on their investment income if they want) rather than they working all their lives for someone else.
