As I see, there's currently a movement of Zen, presence, and mindfulness -- everywhere. The book gives exercises on how to develop this mindful leadership attitude and backs everything up with war stories and anecdotes of current or past leaders well-known companies. My only concern is, that many leaders of the "old-school" cannot, or simply don't want to change their mind and how they lead their teams. If you think you struggle as a leader (you don't have to be C-level), read this book and consider being more present in your job.
