This is the book I wish I had by my side when my beloved wife, mother of our four children, was battling the latter stages of terminal cancer. We never stopped hoping and praying for a miracle. Because of that great hope we could hardly consider letting go, and never  voiced the thought. This book, apart from its other attributes, will enable caregivers and loved ones to understand the dying process and let go as they recognize the signs along the way. It's a labor of love filled with wisdom and compassion, interlaced with that  wonderful hope that springs eternal.-----Paul Somers, attorney at law, Wakefield, MA

What a great book! It is both educational and comforting. I particularly enjoyed the reflection and prayer at the end of each chapter. I would HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with the end-of-life care of a loved one, family, friend, or self.
