About the Author

Ronda Cobb, the Money Coach™ is the One-Stop Shop for Financial Coaching.
But, really, who is that?
Here goes… I grew up in NW Ohio and was lucky enough to have many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. I went to a local public school system and graduated near the top of my class.

From there, I received a Congressional nomination and full academic scholarship to the US Merchant Marine Academy where I earned a BS degree in Marine Engineering, a minor in Management and a course concentration in Thermodynamics. And yes, that’s a lot of math and a lot of classwork and lab work!

After climbing the corporate ladder in engineering, sales & management, and serving on the Board of Directors, travelling, and improving processes and profits for my clients I took the opportunity to be independent. Independent O&P Solutions, LLC was born.

While working with my clients it became clear that some had business difficulties because they had shaky financial literacy. Their financial foundations negatively impacted their business and their lives. I quickly added services to my consulting to shore up their financial acumen. Later, I added licenses and certifications to provide an additional positive impact on people’s finances and lives.

In 2016, after an invigorating seminar on business growth, The Money Coach™ premiered; and, the first Money Bunny was born, coining the phrase, “Do I want it or need it?”

Currently, I enjoy the beauty of our NW Ohio parks, a lovely pollinator garden I built by myself, and do my utmost to employ healthy habits. I’m steeped in tradition but also keep up with the times. It’s a good juxtaposition.

Buster, my executive assistant, arrived in 2015 as a birthday gift. He sits by my side and sounds the alarm when it’s time to stop working or when that pesky mailperson walks by! Soon, we’ll get Buster his own social media account so you can pop in and say hello to the little dude.
