Overview

The Mucker Trilogy; Edgar Rice Burroughs Collection; (THE MUCKER, THE RETURN OF THE MUCKER, & THE OAKDALE AFFAIR) by Edgar RIce Burroughs, The Mucker Series, The Mucker Trilogy, Edgar Rice Burroughs Collection of Original Editions

This collection of the three novels is unusual to the Edgar Rice Burroughs collections. They are about crime and romance, and about how one can lead to the life of the other. Formatted specifically for the NOOK with an interactive table of contents, this volume contains the following unabridged, original novels:
THE MUCKER
Billy Byrne was a product of the streets and alleys of Chicago's great West Side. Thieves and hard men are known as Muckers and Billy was definitely one of them. His illustrious career choices end up in a murder charge. So he flees to San Francisco where he gets shanghaied. Then his life really goes to crap.
THE RETURN OF THE MUCKER
Wrongly convicted of murder in Chicago, Billy escapes and heads for Mexico. But it aint Margaritas and Senoritas for Billy. Hes a magnet for trouble down there too.
THE OAKDALE AFFAIR
The reason this is called the third Mucker is because Bridge (Billys friend in Mucker 2) is a main character. This book is way too complicated to attempt to explain here. Suffice to say it is excellent.
