A brand new sizzling standalone contemporary romance by New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Katy Evans.

It was supposed to just be a quick trip to Manhattan.
My best friend was heartbroken. She needed support, and I needed inspiration.
I hoped to love the city. Bustling. Crazy. Inspiring New York.
But I ended up at the airport, heading home in the same condition that I arrived.
In a rut.
Add to all that, missing my flight and losing my laptop-the laptop, where the Best Love Story Ever sat on my hard drive.
Enter Noah Steele. Eerily familiar. Movie star. Heartthrob. Sultry romeo with bedroom eyes.
(But we're not going there.)
He missed his flight too.
Noah is so smoldering, lip-bitingly hot, he's not taken seriously as an actor, and is struggling to launch his career in New York.
He's only ever had superficial girlfriends, so he's having trouble showing true passion in his acting-the same challenge I'm having with this book.
When we met, we didn't know that our connection would bring us the change we'd been craving.
That we'd be the very thing the other needed and didn't know.
Each other's muse.

This book shows us just how talented and diverse Katy Evans is because Muse is nothing like anything I have read by her it’s a unique story that captivated me and there was no putting it down until I had read the very last line. Two people stranded at an airport trying to kill some time both struggling with their career choices both needing a Muse to take them out of their funk. Fate stepped in when Noah and Becka missed their flight but it’s the fun way this couple get to know each other, making the most of the short time that have together that makes this love story perfect. An instant attraction with only a short time frame before they head off in different directions what better way to get to know each other than a scavenger hunt around the terminal ending in the family restroom......... This was a great read with the perfect mix of passion and humour, I loved that even though Noah and Becka only had a short time together this book doesn’t feel rushed, the banter flows and this couple have to be in my top ten couples of 2018. I loved Noah and Becka’s story and I loved them. Once again this author gives us another must read that will be read over and over again.

No matter what Katy Evans writes,Underground fighters ,Presidents or Manwhores, she always delivers a delightful and delicious story with plenty of heat and heart. Muse was undeniably a feel good story of love at first sight! April R H Noah and Becka bump into each other after missing their flights, there’s a instant attraction to each other and over the course of the next several hours the attraction grows stronger as they get to know one another. Fast paced love story with loveable characters, a unique storyline and hot sexy times. It’s the perfect book to escape from your daily grind.

Two totally different lives some how making perfect sense together. The struggling writer, and the frustrated Actor. The connection although some what instant, worked into the story quite well. The ending had me anxious, and just about ugly crying. All together Muse was a lovely read.

Love the mail lead not so much the female.

I truly loved this book. The shortness of the whirlwind romance was a little off-putting for me, BUT I totally get why it was written that way, and that's my only very small issue. Since a couple of days take place in an airport, and the H and h are in close quarters and going through very stressful circumstances, you can see how they would become close fast. I do love these characters. He is swoon-worthy.

This book was unbelievable. I don't even know where to begin. The story started off with bang. After both Becka and Noah, finding only disappointment in New York, go to the caught their flight to get out of dodge only to find out they missed their flight. Their adventure just gets more complicated from there. The chemistry of these to was off the chart and you can't help but to root for them as a couple. In all honesty I love this book and will be going back to read it again.

What an enjoyable and fun story. Once you start you will not be able to put it down. They meet in an airport and their story goes from there. You will laugh at their funny incidents right along with them. Their treasure hunt is one of the best scenes ever. Since they meet in an airport you know that their time together is limited but it is how they spend this time is what makes this book a true treasure in itself. The things that happen to Noah and Becka keep you coming back for more. He might be a Hollywood heartthrob but Becka sees him for who is without the "makeup " of Hollywood. At first she thinks that he is a struggling actor like she is a struggling author and feels connected to him. He doesn't tell her about his fame because he wants to be treated like the man he is without his fame. What they share is what romance books are made of. Real and true feelings not just fantasy. "It's not the place but the person." Who thought you could fall in love in a airport in a couple of days. But sometimes it's what we do with the time we have whether it be long or short that makes life worth living.

Muse is the third book in the Manhattan series and my new favorite. It can be read as a stand alone. Becka and Noah meet by chance in a New York airport. Becka is a shy romance writer who is on her way home. Noah is an arrogant yet adorable actor. Muse is fast paced but packs a punch. Katy Evans is known for her alpha males and her couple’s undeniable chemistry and Muse is no exception. I enjoyed this book so much. I loved their witty banter, the sweet moments and their chemistry was hot. This was a fantastic read!!

Muse is unlike any Katy Evans book I've read before and that only makes me love it more. This fun, fast paced, playful read left me with the biggest smile on my face. Of the three Manhattan books, (Muse can be read as a complete standalone) I think this one is my favorite!! I absolutely adore Becka and Noah. They have an incredible chemistry that you see right off the bat. We were first introduced to Becka in Tycoonl. She is Brynn’s best friend from Texas. As an aspiring romance author she came to New York looking for inspiration. On her way home, she misses her flight home and is stuck in the airport with the sexy stranger who also missed the flight. I swooned hard over Noah Steele. I was only half in hour into the story and I was already fully in love with him. He's cocky and egotistical but also charming and sweet. He was so much more than just a Hollywood superhero actor. He is determined in his pursuit of Rebecca. Even though this book took place in one weeks time it didn't feel rushed or forced. Noah and Becka's relationship grew organically. I loved their games, their conversations, their connection. Of course, Katy Evans did a great job building the sexual tension between them. Sometimes you just need a low angst, sweet, read-in-one-sitting instalove book to lift your spirits. Katy Evans’ Muse hits the right spot.

So clever! This book was a bit different! The location was the perfect setup and the characters were outrageously easy to fall in love with. The small bit of angst, humor, romance and life choices made this a page turner. Katy Evans is a unicorn author. Her descriptive writing had me seeing the book unfold. Perfection. Muse can be read as a complete standalone and will take you on a journey that won’t disappoint. Outstanding.

One plane connection gone wrong brings a movie star and a writer together in an airport terminal for a whirlwind romance that even I wouldn't believe was doable, but was oh so wrong! This was such a good romance story, one that makes your heart flutter and your body tingle. It's the warm-fuzzies! Of course there is lots of angst, sexual tension and hot, hot times. I just adored this story This story places a movie star trying to reach a higher potential in the direct path of a romance author with an absent muse crashing into one another only to find that they need each other to make it to their next connection on time. Noah and Becka were so good together. This story was everything we fantasize about in a finding your 'one' at a time you never would have expected. These two were instant chemistry. Noah knew Becka wanted him because every time he touched her, her entire body lite up like an electric spark hit her. He was ready to wait out his flight in a hotel room, but Becka wasn't about to fall for that line.... she thought anyway. She didn't know Noah was a movie star that she was in awe with at 16 years old, but she definitely saw the jerk he was when they first met. They're both stuck at the airport because they missed their flight. Then a laptop disappears, a wallet goes missing, there's people watching and romance in the works. The scavenger hunt was so right for these two and quite fun to read. There's angst and sexual tension, romance and fun throughout this whole story. Definitely another great story in this Manhattan series.

Becca is an aspiring author who is suffering from a severe case of writer's block since the end of her last relationship. A trip to New York to help her best friend turns into a nightmare as she begins to understand just how much the fast-pace and at times unforgiving city can chew you up and spit you out. The only potential bright spot after missing her flight is the sexy, forward yet charming, specimen who also misses his flight. Noah is a frustrated actor who wants nothing more than to run from the superhero franchise that seems to be getting in his way of returning to more serious roles. Noah definitely pursues Becca and shows her just how much fun a layover can be. They ignite sparks from the word 'go' and develop a deeper connection over the course of their airport shenanigans. They banter and challenge each other throughout. Muse is fun, entertaining, and steamy.

You know when you read a book and swear on everything Holy the author was in your brain? Author Katy Evans is the one! Especially with this book. Muse is everything. Becka is me! She is really all of us in some way. She seriously says and does everything I do. Sooo relatable to her. I instantly connected with her the moment I read the first page. Such a lovable, memorable character. And Noah is my soulmate I’ve been looking for. He makes believing that love can happen in the most outrageous ways. Sexy, funny, and full of life, his encounter with meeting Becka in an unusual way was the cherry on top of falling hard for him. Especially that their meeting was in NYC which I live in and totally was able to visualize every moment Becka & Noah had getting to know each other. This book has it all & it is a Top 2018 Must Read & my newest favorite from Author Katy Evans. Go buy this book & find out why you will want to have the MUSE all to yourself.

Aww... this story was SO good! A sweet, refreshing read. The storyline is so creative and fun. I LOVED it! What was expected to be an unpleasant time stuck at the airport, turned out to be the best 16 hours ever! I really enjoyed the whole writer/artist/actor dialogue. So unique! I adored Noah and Becca. The chemistry between them was palpable and the sexy times were incredibly HOT! Noah is unlike Katy Evans’ typical hero. He wasn’t intense and all alpha. He is laid back and easy going. Full of life and all heart. The forever kind of hero! Muse is one of those make-your-heart-feel-good kind of stories. One that leaves you with a blissful sigh and a cheesy smile on your face. The very BEST kind! ♥ Review by Lys

5 Stars! Rebecca Stone is a 25 yr. old writer from Texas. She went to New York to visit her best friend Bryn. While there she was hoping to do some research, and hopefully finish her romance novel that was set in NYC. She thought she could absorb everything the city had to offer, and the change of scenery would give her inspiration. Unfortunately she was still suffering from writer's block, and now she's heading back home. She's ended up at the airport feeling the same as she did when she arrived. Then she misses her flight, loses her laptop, and things just continue to fall apart and spiral out of control. In the midst of her airport chaos, a beautiful stranger seems to keep showing up out of the blue and coming to her rescue. Something about him is familiar, but she can't quite figure it out. Noah Steele is a Hollywood movie star from LA who wants a more serious role. He wanted to launch his acting career in NY, but things don't go as planned. After a failed audition he meets a gorgeous woman named Becka when they both miss their 5:15 flight out of JFK. He refuses to call his NYC trip a total loss. He has fifteen hours to kill, and wants to get to know Becka. The moment he touched her there was an undeniable spark, and he wanted to explore it. He flirts and shamelessly comes on to her. He's a delicious heartthrob she eventually can no longer resist. She's deeply affected by him, and as something shifts between them, they can't deny their irresistible connection and insane chemistry. Something is happening between them they've never felt, but tomorrow they will have to go their separate ways. They are crazy about each other, and neither want it to end, but they have their careers in different cities, and live totally different lives. They always knew their time was limited, but how will they say goodbye? They find the change they've been craving in each other and what the other needed. They are each others muse and magic. Together they are inspired and now own pieces of each others heart they will never be able to recover. Muse is a fantastic standalone romance that takes place in a short amount of time, where every second counts. Where you have to be spontaneous, and just follow your heart and live in the moment. It was a fun, flirty story full of emotion. I loved Noah's character so much! Complete swoon overload!!! It was such a fabulous book that I can't quit thinking about.

I absolutely adored this story. I think it may be my favorite of the Manhattan series. Becka is a writer who has lost her muse. She had been in New York visiting a friend and was hoping to get inspiration for her current work in progress. It’s time for her to head home. When at the airport she misses her flight and loses her lap top that has her manuscript on it. While having a little melt down, Noah Steele shows up and helps her calm down. He has also missed his flight back home. Noah is an actor, but he feels under appreciated in the acting world. Becka thinks he looks somewhat familiar, but can’t quite place him. Noah and Becka form an unusual friendship fairly quickly due to spending a lot of time together stuck in the airport. Most of the book takes place in the airport and within a couple of days. I can’t believe this worked, but it absolutely did. I enjoyed reading about their airport antics, their instant chemistry, and their witty banter. I was sad when the story came to an end. I will definitely be telling all my reading buddies about this fun, fast paced love story.
