To say this book is a game-changer is an understatement. I've done all kinds of workouts throughout my life, but this book does what other workout books don't - it brings a connection between the mind and body. The author describes how to breathe while you release tension if you're angry, or simply celebrate life with your workout if you're in a great mood. She not only describes how to work out in intricate detail in every chapter (with pictures) depending on your mood, but also discusses the challenges, fears, failures, and successes she has been through in her own life. An easy read, this book is suitable for anyone who has worked out before, or for someone who has never exercised but simply wants to lead a healthier lifestyle. We all have different moods on a daily basis - now there are workouts to match each one! I was definitely pleased with this book, not only entertained with the personal stories at the beginning of each chapter, but also by performing the seven workouts. Highly recommended!!!
