Good book.. Some good recommendations and pointers.

Some of this is sales basics but for sure worth the reading time. Easy to read and felt like the author was very real on many of the subjects. I would recommend for people to read from any industry. There were some tips I learned that I will take away from this book.

If your in the hotel business, you must read this book. Especially if your in sales, you'll love it. I did.

This book really says it how it is about sales. It is interesting to read and easy to read. I like the chapter on, get in the drivers seat. I would recommend this book to anyone in sales.
