Since I went from vegetarian to a totally plant-based diet, this is our primary, go-to cookbook. I love it all.

Love McDougall's other cookbook (Quick and Easy Cookbook), but this one could use improvement. The instructions are never very clear for not-so-savvy cooks like myself, and the recipes I have tried seem rather bland. I will be trying more recipes and will update my review if anything changes.
