About the Author

Dr. Sunnie Giles is President of Quantum Leadership Group. She consults with Fortune 500 companies and new industry disruptors on leadership strategy to catalyze radical innovation by harnessing complexity. She executes the innovation strategy through her training and coaching programs. Dr. Sunnie received her MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth school of Business and a PhD in systemic psychology (Marriage and Family Therapy) from Brigham Young University.

She is an advisor at the Stanford Business School Institute of Innovation in Developing Economies. Her recent research on global leadership for innovation has been published by Harvard Business Review and London School of Economics Review. She is a professional certified coach credentialed by International Coach Federation. She headed up the Marketing function as VP of Marketing at Experian and General Manager at Samsung, and as Program Director at IBM. She also consulted for Fortune 500 as a strategy manager for Accenture.
