I appreciated her inclusion of research and evidence to back up great information.  I loved this book.  I wanted to read this book to eat healthier, and it did not disappoint.  Thank you Tana.

I purchased it to read on my nook, not a good idea, all lists and anything like pictures in the book cannot be read, text is too small, you can increase the font size on the actual book but everthing else stays small, I had to go and purchase the book to get lists, and planners, I could finally see the pictures. I find the book wordy, I have to keep going back and forth for actual information, I'm in my sixties and this can get confusing, I will keep plugging away till I can find a way to condense the information to a workable way for myself. Thank you, for all of the research.

Do the math! The greatest time of growth in body development is birth to age 2. The perfect food for infants-breast milk. Protein content of human breast milk, 8%.  Recommending 30% protein is unhealthy, it burdens the kidneys, creates acid in balance and fuels cancer development. Book  recommend any more whole unprocessed plant foods is great. And getting rid of all dairy is healthy too. But the book also contains a lot of junk science .  One last comment, eating fat will make you fat.  All of a person  essential fatty acid requirements can be met by just eating 2 walnuts a day.
