The basic idea of the book is great, and there are a lot of good tips on how to get started, but the recipes are unrealistic. Goat cheese is not an everyday staple for most people. I doubt many kids would eat it, besides the fact that it is expensive, as well as salmon. I would prefer to see more basic meals.

This book is very clear and concise. I found it to be helpful without being overwhelming. I cannot wait to try the 'Pocket Pies'. Lots of great ideas for kids lunches.
