It includes recipes for breakfast, snacks, meals, soups and stews, salads, sauces, desserts and even vegan. For someone looking for a way to change their diet, while still being practical, this book is lifesaver.

Previously, I bought a Paleo Diet book with terrific comfort food recipes.  Unfortunately, I didn’t spend enough time browsing before I bought this book. This takes everyday staples and Paleotizes them.  The result is recipes like Lasagna using zucchini and mushrooms instead of pasta.  Or a BLT with no T. Granted, it’s healthier than fast food, but considering the average cave man lived to be 18 – maybe he should have hunted for a better diet.
