Nice recipes, French Expert Nutritionnist N°1  JM.Cohen gives us a lot of good tips and a great method to reach our goals ! I have already lose more than 20 pounds with his method and without any restriction in France... the most important it has been to keep this notion of Pleasure and sharing good food, healthy with all my family !  in fact ,basically, "it's easy to do, easy to share, easy to remember " :-) Big thanks to Dr Cohen Jean-Michel !
