I'd give it another star or two if I could. Only down fall is if you have a hard time planning ahead, preparing the meals can be a chore. Learned my lesson the first time. Worked so well I'm doing it again. Due to life changes I strayed from what was the best thing I've ever done for myself and now regret it. I'm now buying the cook book also.
