I was very surprised at how quickly I fell in love with this story. Maggie is heartbroken when the love of her life gets married. She is alone and a woman comes to her and offers her a chance of a lifetime. She offers her the chance to have a new life as someone else. All she has to do is wear a small pocket watch to bed. While Maggie thinks the lady is crazy, she decides to give it a shot. Upon awakening she finds that the woman was serious and she is no longer where or who she was before. She finds herself in Scotland in the 13th Century. She also finds herself in the body of Margaret. She is betrothed to Logan. She keeps the secret of who she really is for a while but she finally breaks down and tells Logan. She has a short time before her chance to go home is gone forever. Will Logan want her to stay or send her away? This was a great book. It's a time travel romance that really grabbed me. Many of them are the same old thing, but this one was surprisingly different. I think that's why I loved it so much. I love the setting, storyline, romance, and characters. Honestly, I loved it all. It was a very easy book to get into. It had time travel, romance, history, and action. It was really well written and was joyful to read! I can't wait to read more of The Pocket Watch Chronicles!...Stormi
