A Government in Stalemate
Because of the polarized & radicalized two party system
in the country, our democracy is not working.
Legislatures are today party 1st and policy/people 2nd, if at all.
Forgetting that they are in public office in order to form a
more perfect union for it's citizens!
The only way to fix the two party system may be to introduce
"Independents" fully into the mixture.
Independents already represent *42% of voters, a greater
