About the Author
As founder/CEO of her own company, Sherry Blair inspires and motivates others by applying and encouraging positivity. She uses her skills to teach others how to build effective teams, and use non-violent communication to achieve results and resolve conflict. Teaching others to speak from their hearts is a key constituent of the work she does.
She is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women's Studies. She went on to obtain her Master of Science in Social Work with a concentration in Policy Analysis and International Social Welfare as a graduate of Columbia University.
Additionally she is dually mastered in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Sherry's areas of expertise are providing organizational consulting, coaching, behavioral health services, training and education. She can assist your organization through performance enhancement, management coaching, team cohesiveness and effective communication.
Sherry is a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Board Certified Professional Counselor and a Professional Coach. She is an Advanced Trainer/Certified Nurtured Heart Specialist currently serving on the Ethics & Global Summit 2011 Committees for Howard Glasser and The Nurtured Heart Approach, a transformational approach that changes lives.
