Read the Dutch version "De Kracht van Scrum". This is a nice management novel that describes the Scrum process and it's roles. Nice give-away for anyone who is in the software business and wants to get an entertaining insight quickly (2-3 hrs.). Unfortunately people in the real world are not so easily convinced as the characters in this book. Also the people in the current team already had written 'product owner' and 'scrum master' all over them. I probably can use this as an instrument for implementing Scrum in teams and organisations.
