This is the first ebook I have read from this author and I loved it. The story was really good, it has two great, strong females who have survived on there own, and two very hot brothers who are royalty. Don't want give any spoilers but it does end in a cliffhanger. I will definitely continue this series and see what other books I find from this author..;)

Do not read this book if you have a busy schedule for the day! I made the mistake of picking up the book and started reading, when I was suppose to begin moving at 8 a.m.! I did not start moving until 2 p.m., the story is that good and I'm so glad there's a book 2! Without giving anything away, fantastic story. Completely different from other "royal" stories! It snatched, not grabbed, my attention and wouldn't let go until the last page! Fabuleous and kudos to the writer!

I will never read this author again. Just charge for the book in the first place. Hate a tease to the ending (????).

Writers gamble on giving away their first book in a series to get new readers to check out their work, and I’m happy to say, this one paid off. I’ve become a fan of this writer and look forward to reading the rest of the series. It was intriguing, intelligent, witty and downright funny. It kept me engaged and the character development was terrific! The reason for the one star knockdown is for the abandonment of the condom usage. Both their royal highnesses used them the first go around with their love interest and then all but gave up at the second romp. Not okay. I know they are a pain to right in to scenes, believe me, I feel your pain, but it hurts the credibility of the story when even the writer doesn’t play responsibly. Otherwise, great story, yes there is a cliffie and by the other reviews I read, this is a cliffhanger type of series, but it was well done as it doesn’t shove the reader off into the abyss and instead allows them to digest what they just read. Sorry to those of you who have issues with this, but at least this writer gives us a full book, versus just a few chapters. Now quit being cheap, buy her next work because she has so graciously given of herself in this one when she didn’t have to and enjoy the world of King Rowan and Prince Cal and of course their lovely ladies Zee and Ava. I look forward to seeing what happens next and my compliments to this author on her fine work.

I have been a huge fan of Tia for some time now. Ever since her first book. So when I read the synopsis, I was intrigued as it was very different than her usual reads. So I took the plunge and read this and I am so glad I did! Ava and Zelda Wilder are two American girls who also happen to be orphans. These girls are not only smart. But beautiful. Oh and their con artists. They only have one thing on their mind. Survival. Circumstances lead them to meeting two princes that may just give them a run for their money. Princes, Cal and Rowan are playboys at heart. After the death of their father these playboys planned to leave those days behind them. Until those Wilder sisters came running into their lives. Now all bets are off. But what happens when this group actually starts falling for each other? Can two con artists fall in love with two playboy princes? In true Tia fashion, she brings us the steam, while still giving the reader a well written and intricate story that keeps you engaged throughout the entire reading experience. I really enjoyed the mysterious and some what suspenseful nature of this book. It kept me on my toes, never knowing what to expect next. The Prince and The Player is certainly not one to miss if you enjoy a fast paced, witty, and sexy story. Looking forward to what’s to come next for these characters.

4.5 star Review of The Prince & The Player (The Prince & The Player #1) by Tia Louise What’s not to love? Romance and royalty; throw in a case of revenge and that is what The Prince & The Player is all about, a winning combination in my humble opinion. Just when you think that author Tia Louise cannot surprise you, she does. This book has so many sub plots I had to re-read in some places to make sure I didn’t overlook anything. There is mystery, intrigue, secrets and lies and above all else romance. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story. The way she intertwines these characters is nothing short of inspiring. I love Tia Louise’s style of writing, and this book is certainly sexy, naughty and amazing. There was as much humour as there was suspense and romance. Two sisters Zelda and Ava, two brothers, Cal (the playboy prince) and Rowan. An intriguing mix of characters, sure to become complicated and it does! Both from two very different sides of the tracks, can they get past this or do they fight the instant chemistry that seems almost impossible to resist? Cal has met his match in the feisty Zelda whilst Rowan is drawn to the sweet and more demure Ava. These couples clicked and all I want is for them to be happy. Ms Louise writes characters with a great depth of character often peeling the layers back one at a time. I really loved all of the characters and I am excited to know that there is more to come. Well done Tia Louise, you have another winner on your hands.

5 Star Review Tia Louise is one of my go to authors and I love her One to Hold Series so I really wasn't sure how this new series would play out, no need to worry there I loved it. What's not to love about Royalty and Romance especially when the prince falls for the Cinderella. But this book also has lies, revenge and mystery but most of all its a love story, but its not just one love story in The Prince & the Player we get two prince's and two sister's which means two love stories and four very different characters to fall in love with. This book has it all just enough humor to keep you smiling and just enough sex to keep you having those naughty thoughts. Looking forward to book 2

“The Playboy Prince is gone, and instead this conqueror has me, taking what he wants.” “Zelda Wilder is no princess. The closest I am is a dirty Cinderella, an orphan on the run, and that’s not the kind of girl for a prince.” The Prince and The Player was such an exciting read and follows the story of Zelda, Cal, Rowan and Ava. Told from multiple points of view, this story will take you on an adventure like no other. What starts off as a con and chance to make enough money for Zelda to care for her sister Ava, quickly turns into more…. The Prince and The Player is well written and very entertaining. It will pull you in from the very first page and will keep you guessing as to how things will turn out. This story will make you laugh and it will make you swoon. It will frustrate you and have you holding your breath. Add in some suspense and a bit of danger, and you’ve got all the right ingredients for an exciting read. I really enjoyed the way that Tia Louise wrote this story. We were not given one love story. No, we were given two. Two stories that were connected, and flowed together so well. I couldn’t help but fall in love with these characters and hope that everything would work out well in the end….My only complaint, is that the story is over. The story ended with one heck of a cliffhanger that will leave you begging for more and dying to see what will happen next!

Two couples with sex in most chapters. I won't buy the second book. Over sexed author.

2 different main story lines, so it took me a bit to get used to the different format. Overall I wasn't too crazy about it, it was just way too unrealistic for me.
