(Please check out the 8-minute overview video on my Channel on YouTube: greerspm -- Video Title: "Overview: The Project Management Minimalist, 2nd Edition")
This e-book is a gentle introduction to project management, including "nuts & bolts" planning tools, inspirational team Challenges, and suggested "best practices" to help project managers maintain their energy, focus on priorities, and manage their own time.
My purpose here is to cut through the jungle of broad PM theory and sometimes-arcane PM practices and help you acquire "just enough" PM discipline to get good results in your projects – without heaping on a bunch of burdensome PM stuff that can bury your projects in administrivia and smother the joy out of them."
Main sections include:

About the Author
For many years, I managed teams of contractors as they worked side-by-side with new product developers to create training and performance improvement systems for major corporations such as Xerox, Epson America, and Apple Computer. The projects I planned and coordinated were as simple as a single resource working for three weeks and as complicated as 60 people working for more than a year and a half. Deliverables ranged from straightforward documentation to transcontinental satellite broadcasts incorporating pre-produced video sequences, live executive speakers, and real-time competition among problem-solving teams located all over North America.
In recent years I've focused on providing workshops and consulting support for organizations who need to improve their PM processes, as well as on the publication of print and media materials to support PM. See my website for free articles, links to my YouTube videos, and info about my custom, on-site PM workshops.
