Kim Chestney's book is a true guide to fulfilling your spiritual potential. It provides such an excellent explaination of the spiritual world and how to listen to our own inner guidance. After you read this book, you will see your life in a different way -- a more meaningful one too. I would recommend this book to anyone -- it is grounded in christianity, as well as other world religions, so it has a very positive, life-affirming message.

It had a very positive view on some things. I liked the explanation of doing the tarot readings. However, she stated the senses and meta-senses are some ways of knowing 'others' are around you. So if you meditate and meditate and get into a 'zone' and you never experience any of that...then what? You can't experience psychic ability or having others around you without those abilities? I lost a lot of respect for her when she would mention praying to Jesus. Bringing in 'God' as opposed to something more neutral. This could have been more of a Christian spiritual book with mentioning all that.
