This fabulous book brings the concepts of eating healthy, moving more, and sleeping well into a children's book that kids will love to read! The adventures of Poppy and Simon bring children into a fantastical world - much like our own! - where eating 'junk' foods will give you a boost, but not lasting energy, sleeping well the whole night through will recharge you for the next day, and moving, running and playing will help you to run and play more tomorrow!! A fun book to read together with your child, and to talk about what it is in their own lives that gives them a positive charge.
