This is a love story about two one time teenagers who are now in thier seventies and reunite. It is also about the reunion of all their friends of the same age who all spent summers together in their young years. After fifty odd years the friends experiences are shared with quite a lot of humor and some fall in love for the first time and all over again.

I bought the book because the so-called author was local, and I wished to support my community. Having read all 336 pages of this drivel, I can only wonder where or if the person responsible for it ever attended an English class or indeed go to school at all. I would not call it a book, but rather a collection of poorly written simple sentences, bad grammar, misspellings, poor punctuation and flat, wooden characters. Why, Ms. Mackin, didn't you just start a blog and leave it at that? And to all you readers out there, DON'T buy this pathetic excuse for a book.
