Almost a 3 star. It appears to be nothing more than a manuscript. A few pictures would be nice. The theory and methodology appear sound. Although aimed for young athletes, I can see where this program would be valuable for old, broken-down runners like myself. In fact, there is a workout especially designed for runners. Some of the exercises could use an explanation or an illustration. What is a cross-body lift anyway? It's surprising also that Dr. Yessis didn't display some of his training equipment that he is so obviously promoting.
