He is not the best writer, however, the information about getting in touch with nature is important.

If you are into slavic culture and would like to learn how to live in harmony with nature, I would recommend this book and the series.  Although I would not recommend selling everything you own and moving into the woods.  While the message of this book is good, the author's suggested methods are not so good.  Many people across Russia and Ukraine followed this book's advice and moved closer to nature, only to find out how much harder it actually is.  In the end, many people lost everything they owned.  The books of Megre are good, but have your own mind and make smart and educated decisions.
