Oh, I love this one! In The Rock Star's Email Order Bride by Demelza Carlton we get to see Jay at his worst, then dig his heals in to protect, and love, Phuong. Still so many wonderful characters. I hope there is a book for each of them. Maybe even one for Xan's revenge?

Another highly entertaining edition of a rockstars life. This write took creative liberties with the personality of the rockstar character. He seemed very privileged, somewhat naive, and extremely spoiled, yet at the same time sweet and sincere when it came to attempting to win his mail order bride over. Albeit the naïveté of a fairytale relationship ads to the humor of this storyline. A great read to pass the weekend. This voluntary review was based against a copy given to me.

This is the second in the series. Jay is back, after messing up his chance with Audra. He is looking for something a bit more permanent now that his rock star days are over. He decides to go the way of email ordering a bride. Phuong needs out of her situation and this seems like a good opportunity. Jay is more responsive and self controlled in this book, and he really takes Phuong's needs to heart. There is more to come in this series. I received a copy of this story in exchange for an honest review.

This book is part of a series but can be read as a standalone with no cliffhanger. While I'm glad I read Book One first, you don't have to in order to enjoy this book. There is hot and steamy sex, so definitely 18+. This is the second book by Demelza Carlton that I have read, the first one was the first book in this series. What I found was Jay being a complete jerk and no Audra (from Book One). Jay's actions and attitude through the first part of the book almost had me stop reading. Plus, I had a hard time figuring out why storylines of Xan and Phuong were in the book. I'm glad I hung in there because I started enjoying the book once I got through that part. I really am liking the characters of Xan and Phuong. Both are smart and intelligent women. I hope there is more about them in coming up in the future books. Now I want to read more of the books in the series. I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Again Jay Felix is having problems with women. He can get any groupie into bed but women with a brain not so much. He puts an ad on an email order bride site and converses with a young woman. The story then takes a turn and is about her trying to get to Jay Felix. Will she get to him? I had to find out. I could not put the book down. This left me with another book hangover, which very few books can do. This story kept me entertain from start to finish. Now to dive into the next one.

Jason owned Romance Island Resort. Phuong was in college and had one more year when her dad died and her brother told her to find a husband or a job. There would be no more money for college or to support her. Phuong decided to use the internet to find a husband. Although I thoroughly enjoyed the first story or Romance Island with Jason, I didn't enjoy this one at all. Between different people I just didn't enjoy it. I stopped reading over halfway through. Such a disappointment. I don't recommend it. **I received an ARC of this story in exchange for an honest review**
