From the moment I set eyes on that brown eyed, little Italian rock goddess I knew she was meant for me. But my life was too messed up to give her what she needed. So I pushed her away--right into the arms of my band's front man--only to regret it the second I saw them together.

The moment they were over I tried to clean up my act and chased after that girl until she was mine.

But like always, I let my demons screw with my head and went looking for my next fix. I knew if she found out I would have to choose between the numbness that the drugs gave me, and the best thing that had ever happened to me.

I chose wrong.

The second that I found out Liam was in a car accident that fateful New Years Eve night, I knew I'd made the worst mistake in not trying to fight for him. For us. I never should have pushed him away, but tried to help him through his battle with addiction. When he woke up in the hospital and saw me standing beside of him, I knew that I had killed the love he had for me and all that was left was hate.

Now, more than a year later, I knew the truth about that crazy night. I knew why he'd pushed me out of his life, and I was going to stop at nothing to get the man who owns me--heart and soul--back.

That is if I can survive the night...

I loved Liam and Gabriella, not that I wanted to like her but knowing more of her story helped. Seeing why she did some of the things she did makes this couple a lot more likeable. I also love the POV from him then her POV. This book is very different from the other books but by no means less riveting. I honestly started the book at 5:00 am and could not put it down. Thank you for their story Terri Ann, I can't wait for the next book

Liam Bryant fell for the beautiful little Italian rocker the moment she crashed into his life. But, he was a junkie and all he ever did was hurt the people who cared about him. So, the only thing he could do was push her away. He realizes no matter how much he tries, he can’t fight the feelings he has for her. He gives in and makes her his, only to lose her repeatedly. Gabriella Moretti couldn’t help but fall for Liam Bryant the sexy as sinner rocker from Other World. He was a lost soul but something in his eyes and his smile when he showed it told her there was so much more to Liam then he let the world see. She fell for him fast and hard, too bad he didn’t want her like she wanted him. One day he confessed his feelings and Gabriella is elated but her happiness comes to a crashing end when the man she loves lies to her putting her beloved nephew in danger. Heartbroken she cuts him loose leaving them both shattered and alone. Gabriella figures out too late that she should fight for the man she loves. Now she’s decided to get the man she loves back no matter what it takes she will fight for them even if she is the only one fighting. I remember reading Reckless with their Hearts, which featured Alexis and Jared by Terri Anne Browning. Alexis had a cousin Gabriella. Gabriella Moretti was the nasty rocker who tried to break up Nik and Emmie from the Rocker Series. So of course, I had an instant dislike for her, but as I read Gabriella and Alexis’ sisterly relationship, I began to see Gabriella through Alexis’ eyes. Gabriella is a tough chick who has a hard time showing her vulnerability. Except when it comes to one hot rocker Liam Bryant, he holds her heart in his hands and can crush it so easily. Sadly, Gabriella and Liam hurt each other continuously throughout the Rocker Series. I always felt there was so much more to their story, and I was right. Gabriella is a miss-understood girl whose gruff attitude comes off as bitchy. She risks her life to save her archenemies child and now she is fighting for her life. Liam pushed Gabriella out of his life more than once but now when he faces the possibly of losing her for good her knows he wants nothing more than to keep her forever. Gabriella and Liam’s story was the best one of the Rocker Series yet as far as this reader is concerned. I could not put it down. A love story filled with angst, lust, desire, and a love that can’t be broken. Their love was tumultuous, filled with regret and broken promises. Yet it was never broken no matter how much they tried to push each other way. Told in alternating POV’s from the two main characters the story flowed really well. I loved how the author went back and forth between past and present. Giving us the back-story of how Gabriella and Liam first met and filling in the blanks from previous books that featured incidents between the couple that made me angry for Gabriella and broke my heart for both of them. Gabriella and Liam are deep, real characters with real problems that threaten to tear them apart. When they finally come together, it’s explosive and thrilling yet sweet and tender at the same time. This couple’s love is undying even when they don’t know how the other really feels. I loved how everyone rally's around Liam as he sits vigil by Gabriella's side while she fights for her life. These character's are family and they hold each other up its one of the things I love about the series the most.

I loved it, I hated Brie in the other books so it was great to see inside her head!

I’ve read every single book in this author’s Rocker series, but this latest installment was my most anticipated release after the crazy cliffhanger Epilogue at the end of The Rocker Who Shatters Me. I say this after reading each book in this series, but I think this was my new favorite…although Drake & Lana’s story will always have a special place in my heart. At the end of this book in the author’s acknowledgements, the author talks about how a handful of her readers championed for Gabriella Moreitti to get a book, and that giving her a story was difficult for her to write. I’m so glad she stuck with it and we got this story because it was fantastic! The fact that she didn’t originally plan a story for Gabriella, but has still somehow woven a tapestry of interconnected stories and characters with these rock stars, truly showcases Ms. Browning’s talent as a storyteller. Typically, books that go back and forth between past and present annoy me because I’m so into the present story, and the flashbacks distract my attention to the current story. With this book, I thoroughly enjoyed it, but maybe that’s because a lot of the flashbacks were to a time that took place earlier in the rocker series and we re-visited old memories with past beloved characters. Whatever the reason, this book was a great read and didn’t disappoint. There was angst, chemistry, heartbreak, and tears…all of the makings of what I look for in a good book. I’m already looking forward to the next book…Zander and Anna perhaps?

I loved that Liam finally woke up. I wish there was more of a story of them, the talking, laughing, and love needed to be more. Great story though, Thanks

Best of the Series!!! The Rocker Who Hates Me is by far Terri Anne Browning's best book yet and it is the best book of the Rocker series thus far. It is the story of Liam Bryant, the troubled bass player for OtherWorld, who is also a recovering addict, and Gabriella Morietti, the up and coming singer in the rock world, as well the girl that everyone loves to hate. Liam and Gabriella's story will make you laugh, cry and shout for joy. Terri Anne Browning does an excellent job at crafting Liam and Gabriella's story. Their story takes us back to where it all started and shows the actions that led to events that we have already read about involving Gabriella and how the situations developed. As they say, there are two sides to every story...and the truth!! And now with Liam and Gabriella's story we have it all. I cannot emphasize enough how well written Liam and Gabriella's story is, and how wonderfully their story unfolds. It is told using past and present day. Their story is very emotional and touching. And you will discover Gabriella's true side. I have never been a Gabriella hater and I am so happy that Terri Anne Browning finally told us her and Liam's story. If you are a fan of the Rocker series you will love this one, and if you decided that you were giving up on the series, DON'T BECAUSE THIS ONE IS FABULOUS. I highly recommend this one.

I've read the previous books, and I while liked some in the series better than others, (not loved, but liked) this isn't one I can even say I liked. Not even VERY idle curiosity will allow me to buy the next book.
