I have learned so many tips and tricks of baking with this book. The sad part is nook's fault. Many of the fraction cup measurements have been replaced with a question mark. Why use a recipe if I have to GUESS at the quantities? I am sad that nook has ruined this book with an error that should have been noticed and corrected.
This was a gift for a professional baker. She loved it.
