Mike Swedensberg's book is the best thing you can read and follow through with if you intend to be in sales or if you are presently in sales. It is specific in many details and a perfect guide to success in sales. Based on his vast experience in sales for companies in a variety of industries, Mike 'talks plainly' and virtually shows every type of approach to prospects and explains how to avoid the many pitfalls that cause others to not 'make it' in sales.
