About the Author

For Kim, family means everything. Creating a children's book that connects 3 generations together as a team has meant a great deal to her. Kim loves to activate her creativity through writing and artistic projects. She also loves doing research, learning new things, and finding fun ways to implement what she's learned into her life. Kim's first published book was a non-fiction health and wellness book called Perfect Natural Solutions. Her first published children's book is The Santa Storybook - Santa's Helper & Santa is My Name. Kim is passionate about all things motherhood & kids, positive birth experiences, finding healing and wellness naturally, family photography, and video. She loves to teach and find creative projects related to the subjects she's passionate about.

Verna is first and foremost a grandma and mom. She has 5 kids and 10 amazing grandchildren. The love to create has always been a part of her life, from creating elaborate Valentine boxes, to stories and crafts, Halloween costumes, and even parade floats! She loves to look at what she has and imagine what she can create from it. She is very talented at every creative venture she sets her mind to. Since she was young, Verna has dreamed of being an illustrator and helping to create children's books. Teaming up with Eeva to create the illustrations has been an incredible experience for both of them. Verna's vintage art style is the perfect fit for her first published work, The Santa Storybook.

Eeva has always loved all things related to books; reading, writing, and creating art. She has created stories for her family since she was little and The Santa Storybook is her first step into illustrating professionally. Eeva is passionate about creating books that motivate, are educational, and bring families together. When she isn't working on books or illustrating, she loves to perform in musicals and is very interested in costume design for plays. Like her grandma, she is very talented at all the creative things she sets her mind to.
