Back when "Flying Was Fun" Cate Clarke and Alexandra Smythe were Flight Attendants with a Major International Carrier. Prior to Private Jets coming into vogue, Alexandra and Cate traveled in the First Class World, meeting and greeting the top celebrities, politicians who would become Presidents, nouveau riche, and yes the occasional Headline Grabbing Criminal in Handcuffs!
What the two ladies viewed and experienced became fodder for the School of Flaunt, so much money, such bad taste and oh those terrible manners. Something had to be done! Hence, The School of Flaunt Handbook was born.
These Emily Posts of the 21st century share their insights with cheeky humor and many personal stories. They can best be described as your advice givers extraordinaire! With tips on everything from clothes, your home and even the boudoir these Divas of Good Taste bring back into vogue fabulous flaunt!
Now fasten your seat belts students for it might be a bumpy flight!

The "School of Flaunt Handbook" is a must have for any library, although mine seldom leaves my night table. Indeed "something had to be done" and Alexandra and Cate have done so with extraordinary panache. I've found that I always have to have a second copy on hand as friends are constantly asking to borrow it. This is sterling advice that can be used by all, with a dash of urbane humor for those who "get it."
