This book is packed with information! It's the most in depth running and training book I've ever read and I'd highly recommend it to any coach or serious runner out there. I constantly found myself saying "why didn't I think of that" when the author introduced a variation on a traditional concept. If nothing else, this book will make you think in a different way about training.
