The Secret Diaries Of Jean Batisteby Nigel Lavar Walker
An undiscovered treasure has risen amidst the ashes of burned time. The diaries of a starving poet were found and their contents revealed. Inside the fragile pages lie the words of what seemed a hopeless romantic. The whereabouts of the author and the subjects acknowledged in his verses are unknown. How long the diaries have been lost is also unknown. All is known is what he describes of himself in his two autobiographical pieces found in the beginning. The writer also makes known the great passion for those discussed as each poem written is dedicated to whom may have been his love at a particular time. Though the names were left out, it would be no trouble for the subjects to recognize which work is to them. However, he meant for his feelings not to be publicized. Such can be seen through the title sketched at the beginning of his great work at the time of discovery- The Secret Diaries of Jean Batiste.

This book is great for women to read to know that romance still exists. It is great for men to buy for that special someone especially if they can't write poems. Most women love romantic poetry and this book just made my day. Makes a great Valentines Day or Anniversary or Wedding gift along with those flowers.
Everyone must read this book to understand where the young man is coming from. He has done an outstanding job with the play of words. I am proud of you my brother.
This is an amazing collection of poems by Nigel Walker. I was completely captivated by the works presented in this piece. It¿s very seldom that you can witness the blood, sweat, and tears of a man¿s heart written in text. This is for those in love, as well as those who yearn for it.
This book is really down to earth. It offers a depth of complexity and a simple yet intriguing view on love. In this case, the poet takes us on a journey through his expeiences with love-the ups and the downs. He spans the pure simplicity of infatuation to the carnal instincts of lust and desire. This book of poetry is well worth being apart of everyone's poetry collection.
'Secret Diaries of Jean Batiste' speaks of the deepest love that can only be found within our souls. This book keeps me wanting more, with classic lines like: 'So I am Jean Batiste of French decent/ of luck¿s merciless neglect to leave me bent/ as the leaf of life manipulated by the wind,/ till its blown from this place at life¿s end.'

Inside the fragile pages lie the words of what seemed a hopeless romantic. ¿ The Secret Diaries of Jean Batiste. 'Mine is a lineage of great descent/Extracted from the veins of the ancient French./But if my tone dreads such a line/It¿s from the concoction of blood in time.'
