I loved The Secret Garden growing up, and this book is a perfect way to introduce it to my 5.5 year old daughter. I read it aloud, and she was able to follow the story, and the pictures helped to keep her interested. I plan on buying more illustrated classics. These are not the full versions of the books, but they are great for younger children who aren't quite ready for the longer version.
