The Secret Happiness Book is a creative and inviting piece that appeals directly to children and to adults who wish to purchase it for young people as gifts. Created by an educator to entertain young people and to provide character education, The Secret Happiness Book has the goodwill spirit of the movie "Pay It Forward" and of the theme "Commit Random Acts of Kindness and Senseless Beauty". It has the allure of a secret club and the addictive magnetism of the intrinsic rewards of doing good things. Children will just 'have to have it'. "The Secret Happiness Book" will appeal to educators and religious organizations. A kind of scavenger hunt for the soul, it promotes self-esteem, compassion, and love, with a small dose of responsible, spirited mischief. The author's goal in writing it was to better society as much as it was to entertain her readers.

This is a cute when you buy it somewhere else in tree form like I did. I think the description is a bit over the top. It will not change the world or anything. It will gives kids nice thoughts and fun. It doesn't really work as a Nook Book in my opinion because the book is meant to be written in and then passed on to a friend and then to another friend and . . . If you could type into the Nook and then pass it on electronically . . . I guess that would be pretty cool. Since you can't d, I can only recommend the tree form. I gave it to a kid and I think the parents had as much fun as her doing the things you're supposed to do in it.
