The two authors certainly have a total grasp on the subject of talent and people management. I want to say that I learned so much from these two guys that I ended up changing a lot of my views in this area. My corporation is all the better after my learning the intricacies of talent management from these two top authors.

In this business climate, I am painfully aware that we all need to have “The Edge”, or our competition will. This includes identifying and recruiting the very best talent available. Now I know how to do this in a methodic way, thanks to this great book. Forget about the haphazard approach, learn from the best in this field. It will give you the edge on your competition, as it has for me.

Well, I really learned a lot from this book about how to identify and recruiting talented people. I was able to shape my team using the most talented people I could find. The results are evident in the bottom line. Now I have a high performing group of people that I intent to keep as long as possible. Great book.

After looking at the credentials of the two Co-Authors, it is no surprise how this book turned-out to be a must read for- all executives involved in talent management. Instead of fumbling around in the HR world, it makes a lot of sense to read what the Pro’s have to say, and cut the learning curve.
