I always like reading new ways to deal with stress and problems and this book gave me just what i needed.

Excellent read!! I have read a few self-help books and in some instances see such a credibility gap. They usually offer some unproven or impractical advice based on pseudo-science (or pet-theory of the author). Of course this could be because I'm an engineer, but I found this book to be different. Yes, I enjoyed the clarity of the writing and how the concepts were presented. More importantly, I found it refreshing to see how the author presented the his ideas as rooted in real science. There was some rigor to the methods offered; including real-life examples with concrete application and positive results. I was fascinated with Part Four where the topic turned to some very interesting ideas on quantum mechanics as the mechanism for broadening the insights of consciousness. Unfortunately, it left me wanting more. I couldn't help hope Dr. Keith would elaborate more on these esoteric topics of consciousness in his next book.

In The Serenity Solution, Keith Park has provided the reader with a solution focused self-help book to solve problems in all areas of one’s life whether the problem is relational, professional, or personal. He guides the reader through easy to follow exercises beginning in chapter one. Regardless if your problem is simple or complex, you can benefit from utilizing the exercises in The Serenity Solution. By the end of chapter five, I was able to find a solution and peace to a traumatic event that has caused a great deal of difficulty in my life. If you are looking to keep the status quo in your life, don’t read this book. However, if you are looking for a way to resolve issues and find real solutions to the problems that cause difficulty in your life, this book is a must read!

If you want a book that will make you stop and think perhaps change your life in a good way read this!I am mid way through it taking it slow and learning the tools hear to actually calm down a bit  I am looking forward to whats ahead....Tommy.G here leaving some feed back great book.......
